The Rooms
At Casa Basel, you're not renting singular rooms for you to enjoy - you're renting an entire house! The cost of the rental is not per room, either, but for the entire unit. So even if you're not filling the rooms, the price remains the same. (So maybe convince those friends of yours to come along for the adventure and split the cost?)
All bedrooms have working A/C, hot water in bathrooms (and kitchen and laundry), as well as TVs.
Front Room
At 25.5 square meters, the front bedroom has a single Queen bed, and a window to the front street (shuttered and lock provided), as well as a wardrobe and TV. An ensuite bathroom includes a large walk-in shower with caddy for toiletries, toilet, square floating sink, and granite countertops.

Back Room
The Back Room is at 37.5 square m, includes TWO Queen beds, two wardrobes, a sitting area, TV, and ensuite bathroom.

360 Honeymoon Suite
The room at the top of Casa Basel offers a 360-degree view of the city and Mombacho, at 37.5 square m. Included is a queen sized bed, TV, a wardrobe, sitting area with table and chairs, and a bathroom located one flight down on the landing below (sink, toilet, shower).
Windows have shutters and curtains; A/C in room but a nice, cool breeze sweeps in and clears out the hot air when the windows are open at night. Screens prevent bugs (and birds!) from flying in.
Living/Salle
As the central gathering place, the Salle hits 354.2 square meters, taking up the majority of the house space. With compartmentalized areas for work, study, and play, the Salle includes a TV with DVD player, several couches and arm chairs, coffee table; in addition, there the pool with gentle slope for those who don't want to dunk right away, and two seats on the opposite end in the deep end.
Kitchen
Included in the square m of the Salle, the kitchen is the highlight of Casa Basel! Completely renovated to suit any Westerner's cooking desires, the kitchen was redesigned for optimal cooking.
Granite countertops, water cooler, coffee machine, microwave, oven with cook top (gas), fridge with freezer, and all the cooking utensils one could ask for. There also is a breakfast bar overlooking the pool, all with outlets.
Balcony
The balcony landing between the ground floor and third floor bedroom provides ample sunbathing space, as well as some greenery.
The balcony's wall butts against the building behind, ensuring privacy for those who wish for it; the balcony railing looks over the pool and Salle.
