One of the fun things about doing a reno is the creative ways you figure out how to do some of the renovations you need to do. You're on a time crunch, you've got a plan and a promise, and then you realise, maybe I should have bought a little more scaffolding than I originally planned.

Heartstoppingly dangerously, the pot lights underneath the street-side roof were put in this past week but to get to the spot just above the front, main door, our construction team got creative! We admire the dedication and dexterity of our crew; check out the picture below!

In addition, more interior work was done, with the entire kitchen ripped out (and you can see where more water damage was); a new sink, and the tiles for the bathroom with the very nice patterned top border.

We're excited to see what happens next!
