With the majority of the renovations complete on Casa Basel, it's now the nitty-gritty that is taking up time. As with any renovation, there are things that are overlooked and forgotten about until you look around and go, "I forgot about that!" And that is currently where we are in the renovation process: the major design changes are complete, but the knickknacks are taking up time.

As usual, it's a work in progress, but now we have towel bars and racks, knobs on the drawers, dishes, and cutlery. A trip to the nursery will be soon to get some greenery around the Salle, as well as trips to Masaya for fabric for the curtains and throws. Eventually, some new headboards and other furniture will make its way into the casa.
